The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation was developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelors™ Council, in collaboration with the AARP, NAHB Research Center and NAHB Seniors Housing Council.

As a certified aging-in-place specialist I identify home modifications to help aging seniors and Veterans live independently and safely in their own home. We work with interior designers and contractors to create barrier-free living spaces. We provide tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of seniors. It’s not just our specialty, it's our passion.
